Daily Rebate (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform offering a wide range of gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Daily Rebate and its users.

Daily Rebate follows internationally recognized KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. At any time after registration, we may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Screenshot of bKash/Nagad account verification
• ID with a recent photo (selfie)
• Utility bill or bank statement for address verification

The following rules apply when making a deposit on Daily Rebate:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).

• For failed deposits, please contact support within 48 hours.

Daily Rebate does not charge any deposit fees. However, payment gateway or mobile banking providers may apply their own charges, for which Daily Rebate bears no responsibility. Any unusual or suspicious deposit may be held pending verification.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal from Daily Rebate:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• To withdraw bonus balance, you must first meet the specified wagering requirement.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by your VIP level.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers or crypto withdrawals may take 1–24 hours. If any withdrawal takes longer than 48 hours, please contact Daily Rebate support immediately.

Daily Rebate's most popular feature is its daily rebate system. A set percentage of your daily gaming losses is returned to you as cashback. All bonus offers on Daily Rebate are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated in the respective bonus offer.
• Daily Rebate earnings are credited to your account between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM the following morning.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Daily Rebate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Your daily rebate rate depends on your VIP level — the higher your level, the higher your rate. Only real money bets count toward rebate calculations; wagers placed with bonus balance are not eligible.

All games available on Daily Rebate are provided by internationally recognized providers and regularly audited by independent third parties. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring they are completely fair and unpredictable.

• Gaming decisions are final — results will not be changed except in cases of technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection, game outcomes will be determined based on server logs.
• Daily Rebate reserves the right to void or correct any transaction resulting from a technical error on the part of the game provider.
• Sports Betting odds are subject to change; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Daily Rebate:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Exploiting or arbitraging the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or breach the security of the platform.
• Using Daily Rebate for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Unauthorized use of Daily Rebate's brand, logo, or content.

If such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Daily Rebate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Common grounds for account closure include:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed KYC verification or proven submission of false information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If you request to close your own account.

Users may request account closure at any time through support. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it, unless the account is being closed due to prohibited activities.
